My Ability Ltd – Quality Policy

At My Ability Ltd, we are committed to delivering outstanding, person-centered support services that improve the lives, independence, and wellbeing of every individual we support. Quality underpins all aspects of our work, and we strive for continuous improvement, professional integrity, and the delivery of services that exceed expectations.


Our Commitment to Quality:

  • Person-Centered Care:     We tailor our services to the individual needs, goals, and preferences of      each person we support, promoting dignity, choice, and inclusion at all      times.
  • Staff Excellence:     We recruit, train, and retain skilled and compassionate professionals who      are dedicated to delivering high-quality care. All staff receive ongoing      professional development and are supported to maintain current knowledge      of best practice.
  • Safe and Effective      Services: We provide support that is safe, effective, and compliant      with all relevant legislation, including the Health and Social Care Act,      CQC regulations, and safeguarding frameworks.
  • Continuous Improvement:     We actively seek feedback from service users, families, staff, and      stakeholders. We use audits, evaluations, and regular reviews to identify      areas for improvement and to innovate our service delivery.
  • Inclusive and      Accessible Support: We are committed to equality, diversity, and      inclusion, ensuring our services are accessible and responsive to the      needs of all individuals, regardless of background or ability.
  • Leadership and      Accountability: Our leadership team sets a clear vision for quality      and is responsible for maintaining high standards across the organization.      We foster a culture of transparency, accountability, and shared      responsibility.


Quality Objectives:

  1. Maintain a minimum 95%      satisfaction rate among service users through regular feedback and      reviews.
  2. Ensure 100% of staff      complete all mandatory training and refresher courses within required      timescales.
  3. Achieve and maintain full      compliance with Care Quality Commission (CQC) standards and prepare for      Ofsted registration.
  4. Review and update internal      policies, procedures, and risk assessments at least once a year.
  5. Respond to complaints and      incidents within agreed timeframes and use the findings to inform service      improvements.


This policy is communicated to all staff, shared with stakeholders, and reviewed annually to ensure it remains relevant and effective.
