Quality Objectives:
- Maintain a minimum 95% satisfaction rate among service users through regular feedback and reviews.
- Ensure 100% of staff complete all mandatory training and refresher courses within required timescales.
- Achieve and maintain full compliance with Care Quality Commission (CQC) standards and prepare for Ofsted registration.
- Review and update internal policies, procedures, and risk assessments at least once a year.
- Respond to complaints and incidents within agreed timeframes and use the findings to inform service improvements.
This policy is communicated to all staff, shared with stakeholders, and reviewed annually to ensure it remains relevant and effective.
